Why Late2AI exists.

I trained as a plumber, ended up working in technology, and started building with AI before I properly understood it.

I’m dyslexic and I think out loud. Late2AI is the honest record of what happened next: the first script, the wrong database, the rebuild, and the lessons that arrived through doing the work.

This is not commentary from the sidelines. It is a record from inside the mess.
